The Kellermotel Wine and Hunting House is a high-quality and charming accommodation in the largest wine cellar village of Central Europe, the Hajós Wine Cellar Village. Our spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms guarantee a peaceful rest and relaxation for every visitor, whether they are wine lovers, hikers, or hunters.

The building has 4 apartments, each with its own kitchen, communal space, and two private en-suite double bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, 10 double rooms on the upper floor await guests looking for relaxation. Each room has its own private bathroom.

The rooms are all unique in size, colors, decoration, and atmosphere. Our rooms and apartments have different names based on their interior design, adding a distinctive character to the entire guesthouse.

In our garden, there is a sun terrace and an outdoor seating area. In our idyllic decorative garden, surrounded by trees, you can wake up to the sound of birds chirping every morning. In the courtyard next to the house, there is a playground and a swing bed, which children can use under parental supervision.

Upon request, we can also provide breakfast.

History

85% of the residents of Hajós have Swabian roots, whose ancestors settled in our town in the 18th century. The pride of the town is the CellarVillage consisting of about 1300 press houses. The antique press houses, hiding in the pleasant, winding streets, offer a picturesque spectacle. The mood of the CellarVillage, the famous tasty wines known far away, and the friendly hosts grant an unforgettable experience for everyone interested.

Our pension was built at the turn of the Millennium, in 2000. The building, standing out of the landscape, is the first thing that meets the eye coming from Hajós. It was built by the family Weij, who are hosting guests since generations, not only in Hungary but in the Netherlands too.
